This hotel is in a great location for visiting Rome but… We had a triple room which felt old, grubby and tired. Although meant for three, there were only two chairs on the balcony, two dressing gown...This hotel is in a great location for visiting Rome but… We had a triple room which felt old, grubby and tired. Although meant for three, there were only two chairs on the balcony, two dressing gowns, two cups etc. We had maintenance issues with the balcony door not locking and the kettle not working. These were fixed after we reported them and I felt that the staff were doing their best however this was not a cheap hotel and whenever we wanted to spend any time in the room, we would find more things that were broken and having to keep reporting it was inconvenient and time consuming. The WiFi was practically non-existent, despite the efforts of the staff to reset it. They ended up connecting us to the staff WiFi which still didn’t work in our room. We booked through British Airways, who give this hotel 4.5 stars. I would say it’s a three star hotel at best. Friendly staff but grubby, dated rooms with lots of maintenance issues and a very basic offering at breakfast.Show More

We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night break. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It was approx 5-7 min walk to the Spanish Steps and about the same to the Trevi Fountains. It was approx 5-7 min walk to the Spanish Steps and about the same to the Trevi Fountains. Check in was great and was dealt with by Luca who was very friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor at the front of the building and was basic but ample for the time we spent in it. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day sightseeing. We traveled from the airport by train which was €14 each and was so easy to use. We then walked from the Termini which took us about 30 minutes. We walked back too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Rome in the future.Show More

Breakfast was wonderful offering a variety of food. The location was perfect as it was on the middle of Trevi and the Spanish steps. A 40 minute walk to St. Peter’s basilica and 30 minute walk to the Colesseum. The food in Rome is reasonably priced even for the weak AUD against and a huge variety of restaurants to choose from with close proximity to this beautiful hotel. Thank you Floriana for you exceptional service and hospitality. You made our stay in Rome more enjoyable. We will definitely come back to Rome and stay at the truly beautiful hotel.Show More
