Chambre propre et SDB sympa, même si l'on voyait bien la vétusté aux niveaux des murs (peintures craquelées à plusieurs endroits). L'emplacement de l'hôtel au Centre-ville était un peu éloigné, à pied nous avons mis environ 45mns / 1h ; mais en globalité nous avons pris tous les jours (4 jours sauf le dernier jour : à pied) un taxi A/R ! Sinon, tout le personnel de la réception : PAOLO, MAX, RYAN, SIMONE et autres : Très gentils, serviable etc. De même pour tout le personnel du petit-déjeuner, gentil, poli et serviable : Un grand merci à EDOUARDO et ses collègues ! The cleaning team deserves a special mention—our room was spotless every single day, and their attention to detail really stood out. What made our stay even more memorable was the way the team went the extra mile for my partner’s birthday. We walked into the room to find balloons and a thoughtful little message waiting for us. It was such a sweet, personal touch and meant a lot. Room service was excellent as well—quick, friendly, and with more than decent prices for the quality you get. Everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, Fenix Hotel made our stay exceptional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!Show More
