The staff were tremendously helpful. We did not pay for the breakfast buffet but were given an upgrade to one complimentary day due to the length of our stay and the buffet range and quality was good. Despite the very lively location there was no noise in the room and the room itself was clean, plenty of space for two people and the shower was great. Shinsaibashi metro is round the corner with easy access to anywhere a tourist would want to go in Osaka (our furthest trip was to Universal Studios which took around 45 mins door to door with one change at Osaka Station). Overall for the price we paid this was the best hotel experience we had in our three weeks in Japan and if I am ever back in Osaka I would stay here again.Show More

The rooms were clean, modern, and the king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really extensive and very good. The bathroom was clean and had an excellent rain shower; no bathtub, but it was really not needed either. We stayed for a few nights in the family room upon arrival and returned for a five-night stay in one of the larger rooms. The rooms, team and facilities are truly wonderful. We always feel safe in this area, which has easy walking access to shops, restaurants and the train. A huge bonus, especially when traveling with children, is the ability to check which washing machines and dryers on Level 2 are available using the smart device in the room. We found this incredibly handy! We highly recommend this hotel.Show More
