Always helpful, always very polite, cheerful and informative. The location of the hotel is excellent, especially for the Roman ruins, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Also for the huge number of excellent bars and restaurants. We travelled with friends, mainly for the Vatican, which is a 40 minute walk away so not quite as convenient - however, walking through the old city is a pleasure (and the no.64 bus takes you straight to the Vatican City walls if you don't want to walk). We didn't use the restaurant but apparently it's very good too... Room was very clean, the staff did an excellent job of turning over the room every day, even tidying our stuff on the side tables. Excellent shower - powerful and hot!Show More

The hotel is around five minutes walk to Quirinale Palace and around 8 minutes to Trevi Fountain. Staff at the reception were nice and very welcoming, always greeted us in the morning when we leave and in the afternoon/evening when we arrive back. We were also allowed to check in ahead of the usual check in time, which is always good. Room was just the right size, and was cleaned every day. The hotels seems to have been recently renovated as tiles looked quite new. All in all a good option for RomeShow More

The location is perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was welcoming. I was particularly impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. A special shout-out must go to Rafael (Rafaelle) at the reception desk. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He was genuinely helpful with all our requests and his kindness made a real difference to our Roman experience. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Rafael, for the outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend Hotel Hiberia to anyone visiting Rome and look forward to staying here again!Show More
