It's a great hotel with quirky room, very very comfortable bed, food nigh sleep overall. For what we paid I think it was exceptional, my reason for only 4 stars is I feel there were some things which could be improved upon, the lifts are tired and slow, they also make noise which could be NYC regulation but you can hear noise in room. It wouldn't stop me staying again but just was enough to prevent me giving a full 5 star review. I will add that all staff around the clock were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help. The rooftop bar is a great bonus with great views and good drinks. I would certainly stay again at this hotel.Show More

Service is great. Our room had a little bit of a view of the Hudson. But it was TINY. Not enough room for two people and their suitcases. Small closet. No room for any extra towels or washcloths. No room for any extra towels or washcloths. But a good looking room. The biggest crime are their pillows. Hard, tight. Most places will give you pillow options. Not in this small room. All of these were neck breakers. Now, the restaurant downstairs is great and the top floor bar and restaurant has a spectacular view with floor to ceiling window/doors that open, with great food and service. Definitely go upstairs for a drink and snacks. Location - near my office which is why I selected, but next time probably trying somewhere else.Show More
