It’s a very good location .Little gym .We loved rooftop bar .It was very convenient for the New Year night party.

8/10 Lovely.
I picked this Hotel because it was close to the NJ airport, my flight arrived very late I needed a place to rest quickly which the Hotel was only 30 min away. TB it was also the most affordable for one night. They have plenty of walkable tourist locations, the neighborhood is very quiet.

7/10 Decent, would come back again but noise levels need
Great location great property great bar and rooftop. Excellent coffee shop to get work done during work days. Coffee was pretty decent as well. I don’t know what it is but the walls in this hotel are super thin. We couldn’t sleep well because neighbors were very loud. We had chatty, loud young teen neighbors who would not shut up. They came in 4 AM in the morning woke all of us up two nights in a row.

10/10 Weekend in SoHo
Hotel Hugo in SoHo was definitely worth the money. Family friendly area.
Rooftop bar overlooks the city at night so views were there. Felix cafe shop downstairs is perfect for small early morning breakfast. Surrounded by bars and subway was 10 min walk. Close to little Paris so French bakeries were on every block.
Reception was extremely friendly and receptive, Lucas helped my group out immensely even though we were making requests at 3am.
Would book here again

6/10 Great hotel, but not perfect
I’ve stayed at Hugo a couple of times now.
The good: The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff are very pleasant. Their cafe also has a great atmosphere.
The bad: the rooms are not that well sound-insulated. I can hear every conversation in the corridor. That might be annoying for folks who are light sleepers.
I also found I could not adjust the thermostat in my room and it was freezing so I had to sleep in all my clothes.

8/10 Great value for the money
The location is great, close to soho, west village and the Hudson river. The subway is about 3 blocks. Very convenient! The coffee shop is very cozy and they offer a complimentary coffee to hotel guests.

10/10 Isis is wonderful
Isis at front desk is just like her name, a Goddess. She is attentive, very helpful, and communicate very well and courteous. She carries this light and energy that radiate warmth and confidence. The experience revived my confidence in services in New York City, and the power of high vibe human connections.

10/10 Book Hotel Hugo excellent!
Excellent stay. Check in and check out were handled so efficiently. Iceiz at the lobby desk was so accommodating and friendly it made our stay very enjoyable. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows perfect for a great nights sleep. Thank you looking forward to our next stay.

10/10 Solid choice in lower Manhattan
Very friendly and helpful staff all around, at the front desk, lobby and the restaurant. I really appreciate the 12pm checkout rather than 10 or 11 like some other places. Good value for the money and would definitely stay again.

Better than others but staff were not very nice nor welcoming. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and good beds. At that price at least give a coffee or tea and a croissant for free for goodness sake!

7/10 Would recommend for a short stay
The location is great - really accessible by subway both from JFK as well as Penn Station. 10 min walk to shopping on Spring Street. Not too busy so great for those who want to be a bit further from the hustle and bustle but still within easy travel distance to key sights. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, bed was super comfortable, and the heating worked great (important when it’s -5C outside!). The coffee bar downstairs was wonderful to grab that first cup of the day. Room was spacious enough for two.

10/10 Beautiful hotel!
Front desk and staff super nice. We asked for towels and they brought them right up. Room was quiet, and bed comfortable.
The famous "Ear Bar" across the street is nice for a drink or meal! The bodega also has great takeout food and open late!
The café in lobby had very good breakfast, which was still available at late checkout our last day. Coffee or tea is free for guests.

The hotel location suits us very well and I've stayed with you many times. The bed is comfortable. The high-floor views are good. The night receptionist was exceptional in helping to address a leak in one of our rooms, and Maria on the front desk was efficient in arranging the change of room.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, which was a huge plus. I also loved how clean the room was; it really added to the comfort of my stay. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but it didn’t detract too much from my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

10/10 Perfectly located hotel with exceptional views
The hotel is perfectly located with access to restaurants, river walks, and the subway. The room was spacious (especially for NYC) and really considered (nice bathroom, iron, plug sockets etc). The staff were efficient and helpful and the coffee shop next door provides complimentary coffee!

Friendly staff, nice design & quiet & very clean room, comfortable shower & bed with small view over Hudson River & skyscrapers.
