The real standout of our visit was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Valet set the tone with excellent service, check in was simple, and our Bellman, Jesus, went far above and beyond for us. Andrew, the front desk manager also handled a special request with so much care & professionalism that it made our stay feel personal and thoughtful in a way you do not experience everywhere. Andrew single handedly transformed what could have been a routine stay into something warm, magical & unforgettable for my kid. Thank you again, Andrew! What keeps this from being a 5 star review? The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well since it was extremely quiet. However, it could REALLY use a refresh. There were stains on the love seat, the leather on the loveseat and the bed frames was worn & peeling away in a number of large spots, a cabinet door that held the mini fridge was hanging off one hinge, the mini split air conditioner squealed and was unusable, and there several chips and scrapes in the paint all throughout the room. One small flaw would be easy to overlook, but with several together it took away from an otherwise lovely visit. Even with that, the service alone easily made this a five star experience. We felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely appreciated as guests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.Show More

Besides that, for the price we paid after booking online (over $400 for 2 nights), the bed was too firm and UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were also not good or supportive for sleeping. One ply type toilet paper? C’mon man. The bed frame and headboard were scratched up and stained. But what really topped off the disappointment was checking out. After the front desk person told me there was a FACILITY FEE of $30/day and did not explain to me what that was for, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I did NOT see anything that said FACILITY FEE to be added when I check out when we booked online. So it came out of the security deposit. I’m gong to see if I can dispute that with my credit card company. Just not a good experience all around. I don’t know how this hotel can have a 4+ star review rating.Show More

The hotel is modern, clean and has a beautiful interior. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel restaurant served incredible food where we dined for both nights of our stay. We were most impressed with the room - we weren’t expecting such a fantastic view and the room was so modern and spacious - a great value for money. Also, the views from the pool area were great and DON’T MISS OUT on the bar on the top floor also with incredible views. The only negative feedback we have is that the cords of the irons are bizarrely short and impossible to use. We wandered into the surrounding area out of downtown and it got a bit dodgy so make sure you know where you are going. Although it was a short stay, we had such a good experience and would definitely return and recommend.Show More

Starts with service, which is top shelf. I travel often and appreciate good service as much as I appreciate a clean and comfortable room. And the rooms are first class with large bathrooms with plenty of counter space (I am particular and hate small bathrooms and sinks!), very comfortable beds, good breakfast with friendly staff and great 18th floor higher end cocktail lounge. The fitness center is a fitness center and not a few dumbbells and an elliptical thrown into a small room. It is a fitness center, large and fully equipped. Five stars across the board, whether for business or pleasure. PS: I don’t write many reviews but Indigo gets highest marks from me time and again.Show More
