Te dan una llave ...El hotel está muy cerca de la estación Termini, lo que te permite llegar rápido a cualquier sitio, aún así no está lejos de las mayoría de sitios a visitar y se puede hacer andando. Te dan una llave de la entrada al edificio, lo que facilita mucho el poder entrar y salir cuando quieras. Si esperas un gran hotel, sigue buscando, pero si solo necesitas ir a dormir, es tu lugar. Más camas y las almohadas eran cómodas. Espacio suficiente para guardar tus pertenencias, TV con buena conexión de antena, se ven los canales con claridad. Baño pequeño pero suficiente, tenía algunas deficiencias el grifo de la ducha, el agua salia caliente, aunque a veces le costaba coger una temperatura idónea, había un secador con buena potencia anclado en la pared, y nos dejados 2 toallas a cada uno, un dosificador con jabón en la bañera y una pastillas de jabón en el lavabo.Show More

I made a mistake when booking, as it was stated that hotel provided late check in, but after making payment I realised that late booking was till 00:00, and I could only arrive at 01-02 am. The staff ...I made a mistake when booking, as it was stated that hotel provided late check in, but after making payment I realised that late booking was till 00:00, and I could only arrive at 01-02 am. The staff was forthcoming and left the keys for me at another hotel which was close, and I could pick them up on the way to the hotel. Also, upon leaving, I forgot my glasses. I realised it a couple of hours later, and wrote about it to the hotel. I got the reply instantly, that my glasses are found and have been left at reception, so I went there and got them.Show More
