A atmosfera pouco formal torna a estadia leve e muito agradável, criando uma sensação imediata de bem-estar. O grande destaque vai para o pessoal do hotel — tanto na receção como no restaurante. Em todos os turnos fomos atendidos com enorme simpatia, sempre de forma atenciosa e extremamente amigável. A interação dos colaboradores com os hóspedes é, sem dúvida, um dos maiores diferenciais deste hotel. As instalações são muito boas, tudo estava limpo e bem cuidado. O preço está em excelente equilíbrio com a qualidade oferecida e a localização não podia ser melhor, facilitando o acesso a tudo o que é necessário. Em resumo, recomendo vivamente o Hotel Oceania. Обслуживание на ресепшене было очень приятным, персонал старался быть полезным и отзывчивым. Номера небольшие, но в номерах чисто и достаточно уютно для данной категории отеля. Не стоит строить иллюзий по оснащению отеля, если вы привыкли посещать отели 5*, я имею также такой опыт, но этот отель по своему очень уютный, со своим колоритом. P.S.: после мы проживали в Милане в отеле 4*, но я бы поставила этот отель выше по уровню сервиса. Единственное, что бы хотелось видеть в этом отеле - американский завтрак (яйца, бекон/сосиски, выпечка, фрукты, кофе/чай/йогурт), завтрак в отеле состоял из булок, булок и булок, и напитков (кофе/чай/невкусный сок).Show More

Centrally located, comfortable rooms, air conditioning, spotless bathrooms, and a fantastic staff. The hotel is rather basic (not a ton of luxury amenities) but that means they can offer great value for the price (especially compared to other hotels in the area). They do have an elevator but it is small and rather slow (as you would expect from an old building). We didn't have a problem, but something to consider if you struggle with stairs. Stefano and the other reception/concierge staff were so friendly and offered tons of great tips based on what was on our agenda for the day. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The perfect base for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with a great location that doesn't break the bank. Would absolutely stay again!Show More

Staff will ask what time will you have breakfast in order to better plan. One morning when we were going out early before breakfast room opened they had prepared a to-go breakfast for us. Also, on the last day I informed them we wouldn’t have time for breakfast because we were still getting ready to head out to the airport. So, one staff brought us 3 lattes and croissants to our room so we can have breakfast quickly as we got ready.
