Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Eine kleine,gemütliche Snackbar,die ideal ist,wenn man mit mehreren Personen unterwegs ist.. Sehr leckerer Kaffee für wenig Geld. Ganz in der Nähe viele Cafés zum Frühstücken und Restaurants..Die Zimmer eher klein und spärlich eingerichtet,aber alles da,was man so brauch und v.a sauber und halbwegs bequeme Betten.Auch der angebotene Abholservice vom Hotel hat uns überzeugt.Die nächste Metrostation ca.15 Gehminuten entfernt.. Wir waren insgesamt 14 Personen und hatten dort alles,was man für nen Städtetripp nach Rom braucht!🙂Show More

At one point, I had an issue with the hot water, and they immediately stepped in and changed my room without any delay....The staff were truly exceptional. I also made a mistake by forgetting the key to my previous room and accidentally reserving both rooms for the same night, but they handled everything with complete professionalism and never showed any frustration. Wir hatten eines der günstigeren, nicht frisch renovierten Zimmer gebucht und haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut. Vor allem im Bad ist halt manches in die Jahre gekommen aber alles war sauber und funktionierte wie es soll. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir würden hier wieder buchen wenn wir nochmal nach Rom reisen.Show More
