We cooked or went out for most meals but we enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners we did have in-house. Traditional Japanese breakfasts and dinners for the most part but we had lovely Kashmiri curries one evening (courtesy of Saaki) and home made pizza on another occasion. Cake and coffee night twice a week after skiing was another highlight.Show More

There was a hot tub / onsen available for guests which we made great use of after a day’s skiing - very therapeutic and relaxing. We received a warm welcome from Sakura-san, the owner, and the staff were most friendly and helpful also. Special mention to Saaki, who drove us to and from the Ski slopes each day, booked restaurant for us and was so helpful and reliable in picking us up and taking us places including numerous trips to the local 7 Eleven convenience store.Show More
