This is our second trip to Rome. The staff was friendly, however, the room was small, the beds were not comfortable, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything—not just street noise, but everyt...This is our second trip to Rome. The staff was friendly, however, the room was small, the beds were not comfortable, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything—not just street noise, but everything around you making it very difficult to sleep. There was also black mold on the walls above the shower and we were unable to adjust the air conditioner temperature setting (which was also noisy) in the room. We did enjoy the breakfast at the hotel which was included with our stay—there was a choice of a “continental breakfast, a hot American breakfast, or pancakes.” We did not utilize the rooftop bar, so we cannot comment on that. Not sure if we were placed in a 3rd floor budget room and perhaps other rooms are better.Show More
