Perfectly located on Restaurant Row, it offers endless choices for dining and entertainment right at your doorstep. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with attention to every detail. The bed was heavenly, and the walk-in shower had excellent water pressure—always a plus! After dinner, we headed up to the rooftop and enjoyed stunning views of the city lights—a perfect New York moment. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with advice and directions. They even stored our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. Before our stay, we messaged the team with several questions, and they always responded promptly and warmly. A special thank you to Alona, Jaysa, and Nico, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They surprised us with an upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate Evan’s birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was incredible. We travelled mid-week for a birthday and were greeted to an upgrade to the penthouse! 2 bedrooms with a balcony and a small kitchen. I was so impressed. They are currently refurbishing their French Quarter-looking cafe, but we were given breakfast at the place next door...included! What a deal and what a great little find.
