Our room was exceptionally clean and looked after every single day to a very high standard. The breakfast was fantastic with so many choices and the croissant was the best I have ever had in my life. The staff were amazing too. Every receptionist we met was kind and welcoming. When my phone charger stopped working they immediately tried to find me one instead of just telling me to buy it in a shop. That kind of thoughtful service really makes a difference. The location is perfect with everything nearby and within walking distance, including many beautiful restaurants. Despite being so central it was really quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable which made for the best night’s sleep. I highly recommend staying here. Ignore the bad reviews because our experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back.Show More

Ideal location, the 5 minutes walk from Termini railway station made our in/out bound trips from/to the airport stress free. Major sightseeing attractions from 30 - 60 minutes walk away or can use the metro from Termini station. Plenty of well priced eateries nearby. Would definitely book here again.Show More
