The highlight of our stay was the exceptional guest service provided by Stephanie Skye. From check-in to check-out, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, taken care of, and informed. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay, and she deserves to be recognized. Breakfast was also amazing—fresh, delicious, and a great variety. We appreciated starting our day with a full breakfast included in the stay. However, I do want to point out two important things about the listing: Parking is $38 per night, but this is not mentioned anywhere on the property listing. This should definitely be updated so guests are not surprised by the additional charge. On Booking.com it is listed that breakfast is not included, when breakfast actually is included with your stay. This also needs to be corrected online because it can affect booking decisions. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and the hospitality was excellent. A big thank you again to Stephanie Skye for going the extra mile—it meant a lot to us as a family. We would definitely stay here again!Show More

I just spent 11 days in the Hyatt House while my husband had open heart surgery around the block at Keck Medicine. I hope the staff read this review because it comes from my heart. I can not say enough about how nice and considerate and compassionate and helpful the staff are here. The front desk people, the bar tender, the housekeepers. So wonderful! The breakfast is excellent and the pool and hot tub are amazing! I mean I would come here for a staycation even thought I am usually more interested in a fancier 5 star rated hotel. I loved this hotel! I was here under unfortunate circumstances and they made it so nice! The pool deck gets very little sun in the fall/winter months and I am a sun worshipper but that said I am also a swimmer and the pool is so warm and clean, the hot tub is so hot and clean. Further the jets work fabulously! Better than pretty much any one of all the fancy resorts I have been to worldwide. I will spread the word and I will be back. Thank you so much!!Show More

Location is convenient if you are going to the USC Hospital. It is close to the 5 and 10 freeways so very easy to get to. Parking was covered and nearby. For two nights with AAA discount plus parking and taxes and fees came to $421. We visited Universal Studios during our stay. Hot tub was hot, breakfast was great. Very nice gym with a water bottle refill station inside 24hrs. I felt concerned about the train noise so I requested a room far from the tracks. They gave me a room facing in towards the pool. I could still hear the train during the night but only when I was awake, it never woke me up. When the A/C heater kicked on that was very loud in the room. Second night I turned it off. So yes I would say it was a noisy location but I would stay here again if the price was right.Show More
