If you’re choosing this hotel because it advertises a “shuttle service,” don’t. It’s basically fictional. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle at LAX. During that time, we watched every ot...If you’re choosing this hotel because it advertises a “shuttle service,” don’t. It’s basically fictional. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle at LAX. During that time, we watched every other hotel’s shuttle pass us at least THREE times. Marriott, Hilton, random no-name hotels — all running like clockwork — while Hyatt Place apparently operates on vibes and wishful thinking. To make things worse, no one answers the phone. We called repeatedly for an entire hour with zero human response. On the one occasion the call connected, it went to a useless AI bot that couldn’t understand the issue, couldn’t give a real answer, and definitely couldn’t help. If your guests are stranded at the airport, the bare minimum is a human being answering the phone. After a long flight, standing outside with luggage, watching other shuttles come and go while Hyatt Place does absolutely nothing is beyond frustrating — it’s unacceptable. If you value your time, your sanity, or basic customer service, pick literally any other hotel on Century Blvd. They clearly know how to run a shuttle. Hyatt Place does not. Would not stay here again. Ever.Show More
