The drain in the shower was not working. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights we couldn’t take decent showers. We had to take many pauses during the shower to allow the water to go down, so that the bathroom don’t get totally flooded. We spoke to the concierge after the first night. The concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they couldn’t resolve the issue as the plumber was not working that day. Overall the hotel is good quality with very nice staff, but the issue with the shower drain really soured the experience. Show More
