We knew what kind of decor and room to expect and the location is great. I did contact the hotel by email and call to ask about an upgrade but wasn’t contacted back which was a pity. The rooms are snug as you’d expect in New York, particularly the bathroom. It had a bit of wear and tear, plus was missing some of the other things that we had in previous Innsides like slippers and robes. The floor was very dirty so would have appreciated this. Mini bar and coffee a nice touch! Very little storage space but we were given extra hangers. We had breakfast , dinner, cocktails and snacks at various points during our stay, all of which were lovely. The bar and restaurant staff were all excellent. We loved the vibe outside with the message wall too. It was fab to be able to purchase the lobby scent to bring home, a lovely reminder of our trip. We will definitely stay here again!Show More

Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. We booked a family loft specifically because it included bunk beds for the kids and a king bed for my wife and me. Instead, we were put into two connecting rooms with a queen bed, which was absolutely not what we paid for. The hotel offered zero compensation or acknowledgment of their mistake. It was a misrepresentation of the room type advertised online. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off three separate times in the middle of the night, waking our entire family and making it impossible to get any rest. Between the inaccurate listing, the lack of accountability from management, and the sleepless night due to repeated alarms, this was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.Show More

The staff are truly outstanding — professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Julio, Daniel, and Jonathan for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the subway and within walking distance of all the most interesting areas, from SoHo to Midtown. The atmosphere is perfect: every evening the hotel hosts a lovely happy hour with free drinks, often accompanied by a DJ or live musicians, which adds such a fun and relaxing touch. We’ve also hosted clients here, and they’ve all been impressed. We’ll definitely keep coming back — this place feels like our New York home!Show More

The staff in general was very attentive to us. In particular, a Peruvian girl who welcomed us in the lobby with some champagnes, and Catalina and Germán from the Wilson Restaurant. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The hotel’s location is well situated, a good walking distance from several interesting places like Times Square, Penn Station, The Vessel, Madison Square Park, Madison Square, Macy’s, Empire State, etc. The cleanliness is good and my room was very nice. I would have liked it to be a bit more spacious, but it was comfortable in the end. The hotel lobby is also very cozy. The Wilson restaurant and bar were always full of people, which gave the hotel life and joy.Show More
