But this hotel has by far given me the best service and location. From the moment I arrived I was looked after by the lovely Erick who let me freshen up and leave my luggage and able to go explore the city before my room was ready. During our stay and on the last day of check out the staff were there at all times with anything we asked for. The service they provided was top notch at all times. The location could not have been a better place. We got an unlimited metro card, which we barely used. You can literally walk everywhere from this hotel. You have the best location across from Rockefeller center. We were able to walk back and forth to change clothes or take time off to rest before continuing our day. I would definitely stay at The Jewel again next time I’m visiting NYC. Thank you to Erick and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.Show More

Within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go ie Broadway and sights. We got a tube from JFK airport which took us to the tube stop right outside Radio City and walked about 5mins round the corner to the hotel. It was super easy. The hotel room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. There was a desk with chair and also a separate lounge chair. We were on the 10th floor and it was super quiet. We didn't get much of a view (just another high rise building) but we didn't care as we were there to explore out. There was a free water station on each floor (with free refillable bottles) you can take which was great for when you are sightseeing. There was also a free coffee machine on the 2nd floor which all guests can enjoy.Show More

The Jewel has always offered us exceptional customer service. We often need to cancel and book rooms at the last minute. Every employee of The Jewel I have ever dealt with has been very accommodating to our needs. The senior guest experience manager, Elizabeth Blaise, has always gone above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and that our needs are met. The Jewel itself is very well run. Every time you enter the lobby you are greeted with a hello and a smile. The lobby is quaint and modern. The rooms themselves are very clean and well kept. They are spacious and comfortable. You can always expect a great night sleep on one of their beds. I would highly recommend staying at The Jewel during your next stay in NYC.Show More
