The property itself is beautifully maintained and clean. It is very secure with a gated entry. However, we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. We all had 50lb suitcases and that was not...The property itself is beautifully maintained and clean. It is very secure with a gated entry. However, we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. We all had 50lb suitcases and that was not fun. Once inside, the apartment is nice, clean and well stocked. The exception is the rugs and carpeting. The master bedroom had large black crispy stains throughout the room. The rug in the family room was also covered in dark stains. The bedroom had a small (12" D x 24" W) particle board dresser and no lamps. It was overhead lighting only which is a bummer to get into bed and then have the bright overhead light on or no light. There are no TV's in the bedrooms and only one side table. The bathrooms were both very nice and very clean. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen to be very accessible and stocked with everything you need. The location worked well for us because we were there for the race, but otherwise there is not a lot around you. Overall, if they made some minor changes and upgrades, this would be a beautiful place to stay but right now it's looking well used. Show More
