The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of outlets but only one small round nightstand between the two beds. There is no place to sit unless you count the two stools but we used those to put our suitcase on so it wasn’t on the floor. There are no drawers, dresses or even an armoire and note that there is no little refrigerator to store any drinks. There are about six hangers on a pipe to hang several things. So you will literally live out of your suitcase. There is a bar, a cafe, and a restaurant on premises. There is room service but the menu is very limited. The bathroom is a good size, there is counter space to put some items. There is a good size rain shower with great water pressure, no tub. We really enjoyed the cleanliness, the daily housekeeping, and the location. It’s on a quiet side street in a quiet area but walkable to many places. Would highly recommend.Show More

We were out of the hustle surrounding Penn Station, but close enough to walk to the venue in about 10 minutes; it was a similar walk to nearby subway stations. All the people working at MADE were incredibly helpful and accommodating; even providing early-check in when our room was available. The room itself was the perfect amount of space for us with a king size bed, separate bathroom, and Juliette balcony, each accompanied by finishes that enhance the luxurious yet down to earth feel. The MADE hotel provides a welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed space for guests to rest and refresh, putting it at the top of my list for our next trip to New York City.Show More

From check-in to our room, room service, and every amenity — everything was incredibly amazing. The lady who checked us in was very engaging, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made us feel like we were the only guests in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. We stayed in Room 1701 — the room to be in! It truly embodies the phrase “less is more.” From the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities to the perfect shower pressure and the wonderfully firm bed, everything was fantastic. And Debajo what an experience! The food was delicious! We’ll definitely be staying at the MADE again. Thank you to the entire MADE team for bringing genuine service back to hotels.Show More
