The hotel and its staff are fabulous. They are always polite and willing to help. Big shout out to Andy and especially Leonardo. Thank you for giving me a kettle and cup when I requested it. I love the beds, soft and comfortable and I love a flatter, soft pillow. Don’t expect much in the way of amenities in your room, however I prefer a comfortable bed, good nights sleep, a lift and great location in preference to shower caps, soap etc… My favourite place to stay in Rome now as I know I get great service even if it is a little more costly.Show More

В номерах двойные окна, несмотря на расположение отеля в шумном районе, посторонних шумов не было слышно в номере. Большая ванная комната. Мы забронировали сразу несколько номеров. В каких-то номерах была ванна в ванной комнате, в каких-то душевые. Всё чисто и очень аккуратно. Большое всего понравились ароматные шампунь и гель для душа, можно было набирать ванну и отдыхать после долгой прогулки.Show More
