Hence no complaints at all. The ONLY thing missing was the human warmth and touch . Hard to quantify but found the interactions with the front desk transactional and even mercenary. Examples came into the hotel at 7.45 am and finally got a room at 3 pm. Hard to believe that in a 300 room hotel not even a single room could have been made available as late as even 1 pm or 2pm. At 1 pm was offered pay an extra 100 dollars per night and get an upgrade as if other room categories were not available. Same experience in during checkout. Requested the prior night to get a one hour late check out as my daughter had a business call . This was at 10 pm was told to come back at 8 am the next day with this request. Clearly a hotel with a check in time of 4 pm could have accommodated this request and why do you need to come back the next day morning as the prior late night will have a crystal clear visibility on room availability . Went back next day morning was told pay 50 dollars more and get your one hour late check out. Left a bad taste as 50 dollars will not break the bank but felt totally transactional and lacking class. The house keeping staff are great, eager to please but even before 11 am, when my daughter was in the midst of a business call they barged in even with a DND sign hanging outside. The bell desk staff especially John and Anthony were very helpful. Did their job with a nice warm smile and making you feel welcome Yamil at the club lounge gave a perfect nice cappuccino. He was polite and discreet though as there were only two staff was not easy to get his attention as other guests rightfully so had to be looked after too These are NOT complaints just a few suggestions from making the Hotel go from GOOD to GREAT OVERALL STILL A VERY NICE GOOD STAY .Show More
