From the moment we arrived early to drop off our bags, the staff treated us with such kindness. We were welcomed with cool towels and paddle fans—such a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day! When we returned to check in, we were seated in the lobby and served drinks with snacks while the staff explained everything with care—from breakfast service to the onsen. It felt more like a warm welcome than just checking in. One of our favorite surprises? The daily giveaway gifts in cute Japanese drawstring bags. It made us smile every time and showed how much they cared about the little details. Breakfast was a highlight—Kaiseki-style meals delivered to our room each morning, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The servers were so kind and respectful—it made our mornings feel calm and special. Our room was spacious, clean, and traditionally styled with tatami mats and a private bathroom—perfect for our family of four. We loved wearing the provided yukata and winding down in the public bath, which had separate areas for men and women. The location is also fantastic—just steps away from shopping streets and a short walk to the Samurai & Ninja Museum. We didn’t just stay here—we made memories.
