I absolutely loved this hotel – the very high ceiling in the lobby, elegant design, and beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River make the whole place feel grand and relaxing at the same time. From the moment we arrived, Duty Manager Pauline Su really stood out. She handled our check-in with such a warm and genuine smile, explained everything clearly, and was consistently helpful throughout our stay. Her approachable and caring attitude immediately made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
Service across the hotel was excellent. Housekeeping Nok assisted us with our shower issue and quickly coordinated with Engineering, Oct and Pramote, who fixed it when it was only giving hot water. In F&B, the first team who set up for us did a great job, and Eye and Tier, the interns in the Executive Lounge, were very attentive. Magic (Oyi) arranged our wake-up call and Concierge Mick was very helpful. At breakfast in Flow, Tualek kindly escorted us to our table and Batoeiy, a trainee, was very responsive with our water requests. During checkout, I had a nice little chitchat with Carl Louis B and he left a warm impression. At Front Office, Ms. June assisted with my request for a copy of the stay bill, and Tua from Concierge/bell helped us with our luggage and made sure everything was loaded properly into our Grab/Taxi.
One thing I really noticed is how happy the team members look while working, and it truly manifests in how they take care of the hotel, team members, and their guests. Overall, the combination of a beautiful, elegant hotel with high ceilings, a perfect riverside location, and genuinely caring team members – especially Pauline Su – made this a stay I would happily repeat.Show More
