I booked a room with a street-facing window, but the constant metro noise and room vibrations made it impossible to sleep, and I have been awake all night. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, the shower water is poor, and the shampoo and conditioner advertised as Balmain are not genuine, which is misleading. I did not want to stay in this room, but there was no other option available, and my payment had already been charged, forcing me to remain. The room is on the first floor with a street-facing window, which made me feel unsafe, as anyone could potentially enter. A staff member knocked on my door while I was completely naked in the bathroom, instead of calling the room phone as he should have, claiming he needed to replace a key he gave me incorrectly. This was totally inappropriate, invasive, and disrespectful. With unreliable internet, unsafe conditions, poor room quality, and constant noise, this stay is completely unacceptable. I have photos documenting the conditions of the room. Given the severity of all these issues, I am requesting a full 100% refund or full compensation immediately. I expect urgent action, as this experience is unacceptable and unsafe.Show More

I contacted the hotel in advance to explain and requested a possible refund or discount for the second night, offering proof of my appointment. On arrival, I informed reception I could only stay one night, but my concerns were completely ignored. Service in the bar was unacceptably slow—I waited over 40 minutes without being attended to—while staff seemed focused on another group. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the lack of professionalism and attention to guests was very disappointing. My follow-up requests for a refund or discount have been ignored. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone who values good customer service.Show More

The staff are so friendly and helpful and a special mention for Afran in reception when we checked in - he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and managed to upgrade our room which made our anniversary even more memorable! The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean and a lovely temperature. It was also the quietest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in!
