My new favorite NYC hotel. We stayed for two nights at the Moxy- it was fabulous. There is great food and shopping in the area, and nothing is too far away. It is an excellent and quiet area (particularly on Sunday) compared to other neighborhoods we have stayed.
From check in-stay-checkout, everything was perfect. Three cheers for Jess who totally hooked me up with everything I needed and answered every question I had late into the night. The room is cozy and comfortable and in line with the size expected in a bustling metropolitan city. The hotel offered great guidance on local restaurants, places to go and things to do. Assante handled our bags with care and Lucy and Sydney and the rest of the team (didn't get all their names) were wonderful. The hotel also works with car services and Karl was able to arrange a driver for us to get us to our next town upon departure.
I will absolutely be back and the Moxy LES will be my new go-to.
NOTE- if you have large suitcases, it is best to unpack into drawers and shelves under the bed or the hangers that line the wall. But the space between the wall and the bed is exactly big enough to open a very large suit case, but you would have to climb over it to get to the bed if you leave it there open. AC was excellent and the windows open if you want fresh air. The windows are very insulated, I didn't hear any noise when it was closed.

10/10 Perfect location and value for money
The hotel is very close to the subway station, also in 5-min walk there is an area Called “little Italy”, which means you can get decent food and coffee which is really hard to find in NYC. There is also several breakfast places in 5-7 min walk open from 7:00, so you can be on the safe side in the morning.
The room was clean , modern and staff were friendly.
I liked the design of the hotel.
There is also a room for work with laptops for free in the lobby, which is a separate space.

7/10 Very nice location and ambience but could prioritize better service over appearance and vibe.
The location is excellent. Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is a wonderful place to hang out anytime of the day or night. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

7/10 Modern and funky Hotel with added taxes
Motel is modern and funky loved all the little extra bits in the room. The city view room is beautiful and the showers are warm.

The hotel was truly beautiful and perfectly situated in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hospitality was outstanding, with Alex standing out for taking exceptional care of our party. From the moment we arrived, Alex ensured that all our needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. The combination of a stunning setting and top-notch service made our stay truly memorable.

10/10 Great hotel, ideally situated to get around NYC
Really nice hotel, lovely comfy rooms. The rooms themselves were not what I would class as your normal rooms, there was no actual bathroom. Within the room there was a separate shower cubicle and toilet cubicle. Never come across this before but it was nice / different.

This is a great option, but you are trading room size for location. Location is wonderful, but it is pretty tight for two people for more than 1-2 nights.

A place to be.... especially David from the Moxy Team and Nicholas from the Restaurant gave our stay the personal touch with their effort and people minded thinking! We had an amazing room with nice view and we enjoyed a lot! Thank you very much! We appreciated the whole support!

Lucy, Sydney and Alex were the most gracious hosts and made checking in such a breeze. The front desk service is superb.
They were able to find me a beautiful room for my weekend stay. The drink perks are also incredible. Everytime I come to NYC I choose The Moxy LES

9/10 Great vacation!
Hotel was original, not a typical chain hotel. Location was just perfect- walkable distance to all major attractions in southside of Manhattan. Doorman Alex Rodriques was amazing, so helpful and always smile on his face. Truly wanted the customers feel welcomed to Moxy.

10/10 I will definitely stay at a Moxy again
The vibes were immaculate. You walk into a stunning scene, the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are quaint but functional and we didn’t seemed cramped in anyway.

9/10 Fabulous stay in a great location
Location is amazing, right next to Little Italy and Soho. Our room was on the 12th floor and we had a corner room so views both sides were fabulous. The hotel has a really cool vibe to it. We never got to visit the rooftop due to jet lag and time simply running out but we would definitely stay again so there is always next time hopefully. Bed was really comfy. We saw lots of people had mentioned the noise from the bars in the hotel but to be honest, we only heard it once and it wasn't that bad at all (and we were right under it).

Location is great! Super easy to walk around or take the subway. I felt safe the whole time. The room is big enough, bed is comfy. Very clean! It's nice to have access to a little gym as well. Good variety of drinks at the lobby bar.

- great location between soho and Chinatown
- majority of staff at reception/cleaning crew are very friendly, helpful and pleasant with a very few exceptions
- 30 dollars credit to spend daily is great , I could not even spend all!!
- has a nice cafe, bar, dynamic hotel
- room was clean and quiet
- doormen are very kind and friendly
- has a gym but did not check
- the room with the view is great!

8/10 Fantastic Exec rooms overseeing the city! not the best breakfast
I had a King Exec room with city view. It was spectacular, overlooking downtown and midtown. Very central and easily connected to the subway. Few steps from Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho.
