The rooms are designed for modern efficiency, are clean, and are comfortable. The staff is a highlight, especially Windel. Windel consistently went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. He was polite, respectful, and helpful. He offered assistance with luggage, directions, and questions about amenities with a warm smile and approachable manner. His friendly demeanor improved the entire experience. The hotel has great amenities, including a rooftop bar with a view of the Empire State Building. The food options, like the coffee from Café D'Avignon, are also a bonus. The Moxy Times Square is highly recommended. The location and atmosphere are great, but the service from the staff, particularly Windel, sets this hotel apart. A return visit is anticipated.Show More

The location is unbeatable — you’re right in the heart of New York, just a short walk from Times Square, and it made getting to my office meetings incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has some great touches. The rooftop bar offers fantastic views across the Manhattan skyline, which was a brilliant way to unwind after a long day. There’s also free drip coffee available in the lounge area, which became one of my favourite spots — a relaxed, comfortable place to sit and get some work done. I also want to call out the great service at reception. Ricky was especially helpful throughout my stay — friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist. His support made everything run smoothly. Overall, a fantastic stay in an ideal location. I’d definitely return.Show More

I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back: the hotel is great, and the staff—especially Craig—are truly fantastic. Craig always goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. Whether he’s helping with check-in, offering recommendations, or just being friendly and attentive, he really makes a difference. It’s people like him that make the Moxy feel less like a hotel and more like a place you actually want to return to. The rooms are comfortable, the vibe is fun and modern, and the location is perfect—right by Times Square but still a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. I’ll definitely keep staying here, and I always recommend the Moxy Times Square to anyone visiting NYC. Great hotel, great atmosphere, and staff like Craig make every stay even better.Show More

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmergrösse ist absolut ausreichend und für New Yorker Verhältnisse sogar grosszügig. Die Betten sind zudem sehr bequem. Jeden Tag gab es am Eingang kostenlose kühle Getränke und kleine Süssigkeiten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Show More
