We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfectโjust steps from Times Square and so many attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every day, our room was cleaned, beds were made, and we received fresh towels. The service was top-notch!
This is truly one of the best hotels in the Times Square area, and I would stay here again without hesitation.
However, I strongly advise against booking through Booking.com. They made multiple promises they didnโt keep, provided terrible customer service, and caused unnecessary frustration. If you want a stress-free experience, book directly through the hotel!

8/10 Good hotel overall
The Muse is in a great location. Just half a block from Times Square and easy to walk to theaters. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The lobby is rather dark, but has plenty of seating to wait for fellow travelers, a ride, etc. The room was a decent size and very clean. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness. The bathroom was quite pretty with a nice countertop and beautiful shower as well as a huge mirror along with a small, wall-mounted makeup mirror. There's a nice big screen tv but trying to select channels was a bit funky. There isn't much in the way of amenities. Just a very small mini fridge that doesn't get cool (even after having their staff adjust it) so you can't use it for leftovers or anything that could spoil. Ice machines are only on certain floors. There are no vending machines to get pop, etc. and no hotel bar or restaurant. The bed was very firm (much too firm for me) and the pillows are big heavy lumps of feathers. I still have no idea why hotels think those kinds of pillows are good. They're just lumpy and hard. I asked for something different and the staff provided me with a couple of foam pillows, but unfortunately, they were also not very good. So I got very little sleep during my stay. My room did not face the street but overlooked some rooftops so I didn't get a lot of outside noise although there certainly was nothing attractive to see out the window. The heating/cooling system in the room is very loud. I just turned it off completely since the room was plenty warm anyway, but if you really need heating or cooling, the noise would make it hard to sleep.

10/10 Great location, Staff, and rooms!
Stayed four nights here over Thanksgiving weekend. Location is fantastic. Many restaurants just outside the hotel. Several metro stops within a few minutes' walk. We were high enough and on the back side (non-street facing) side of the hotel so it was rather quiet at night.
Hotel is clean and modern. Room was nice. Comfortable bed. Heat worked well given it was freezing outside. Water in shower was hot.
Staff very courteous. Quick check-in. I asked if we could have an upgrade given it was the holiday weekend and my birthday and the hotel was able to find us something. :) Lady at the front desk was great - I don't recall her name, though.
Price I thought was fair given the location, and in fact was on the cheaper side relative to many of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity.

8/10 Excellent midtown choice
This hotel is very well located in a quiet street close to Time Square if you like the action over there, and close to sixth avenue, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, etc..
The entrance is a bit dull, but our 4th floor corner room was in excellent condition, with nice art deco furniture, bath robes and slippers included. Space is an asset in NYC, and this room was Very spacious, โNew York norms :)
The price was at a fairly reasonable 260 USD a night.
First night we had noise from the neighboring room, due to a badly isolated built-in cupboard, maybe this should be fixed.
In all a great experience!

10/10 Will prioritize the Muse over other hotels when travel brings me to NY again.
Room was super comfortable with modern looking decor, great lighting, and a super hot shower. Housekeeping, valet, and front desk were super friendly and helpful.

9/10 Very enjoyable!
Location is fantastic and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Great to have a small fridge for drinks and love the option of having still water and sparkling water along with ice on our floor.
The only issue we had was the ac was quite loud and the one blind control wasnโt working.
They are in the process of setting up a bar so that will definitely be an added bonus as well.

10/10 Great location, big rooms
Went to NYC to see 5 Broadway shows in three days. This is an excellent location for Broadway and Times Square. There arenโt a lot of hotels in the area with king sized beds and rooms that you can walk around in without hitting the walls or being on top of one another. Would definitely stay again.

9/10 Exceeded expectations, but with minor issues.
The staff are exceptional welcoming, and the room exceeded my expectations! The only very minor problem I had was that there were hairs left in the sink from the previous visitors, and the lotion bottle was empty at the time of arrival.

We stayed just before Christmas; the ambience was so warm and inviting. The location is outstanding just off of Times Square. From check-in, every member of the staff was so kind and professional. We left behind a pair of Beats headphones - brand new at nearly $500 - and housekeeping promptly turned them in. Angel Collado and Harrison Parker actually arranged to have them FedExโd to our home. Truly above-and-beyond service. Thank you!

9/10 We would definitely stay there again if we want to be close to Broadway/Times Square
We booked the Accessible Executive 2 Queen Beds room and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had two requests and the staff was very helpful, friendly and reacted quickly and solved the issues.
The hotel is very close to Times Square and Broadway, therefore you need to keep in mind that you can hear some outside noise.

Property was as expected. Staff at reception were absolutely the nicest Iโve even encountered.
Barbra helped organise my daughterโs birthday suprise in our room prior to our arrival. Rooms clean and spacious. My only moan would be the coffee is a request rather than a normal feature in the room.

This hotel is just around the corner at Times Square, well located. The Muse accept pets what can be helpful, the staff is nice and attentive. It has a station for coffee and milk close to the reception what is practical, the Rooms are bigger than expected, also very clean and comfortable
