A Thanksgiving weekend trip has been a bucket list trip for us and it can be a stressful trip. Krystle must have some magic powers and knew this was a big trip. She went out of her way and made us feel like we were famous and celebrities. Customer service is a dying art and on one of the busiest weekends of the year she could have easily just checked us in and went on about her day. Krystle went so far above that treating us like family!!! She has made this a vacation to remember and a life memory I will not soon forget. The rest of the staff was amazing as well but Krystle has gained a lifelong fan and as this is my first Lotte experience she has made me Lotte fan for life and will seek these properties first going forward!!! If you get a chance go down to the basement where the gym is located. There are some really cool and interesting historical items from this classic building. 10,000/10 would stay here again. I haven’t even talked about its great location. The Penn Station subway entrance is just around the corner of the front entrance. Thanks again Krystle!Show More

The hotel was fully booked during our stay, so our first room was quite small and uncomfortable. The next morning, I went to the reception to explain the situation, and Muhammad kindly listened and did everything he could within his limits to find us a better room. Thanks to his effort, we were moved to a room that my daughter and I were both very satisfied with, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip comfortably. I would like to express my gratitude to Muhammad once again. The hotel facilities are generally old, but the location is unbeatable—the subway is right next to the hotel, there are many great restaurants nearby, and most major attractions are within walking distance. Overall, it was a very convenient place to stay, and we had a pleasant experience.Show More
