The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Sants Barcelona Station, making it perfect for both business and leisure travellers. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and were warmly welcomed by Alejandro at the reception. To our pleasant surprise, we were offered an early check-in and an upgrade — such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean every day. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the little touches — a mini bar, kettle, coffee, and drinking water provided in the room. The hotel’s rooftop bar and pool are stunning, offering a lovely view of the city, and their Japanese restaurant serves truly amazing food — a must-try even if you’re not staying there. Every detail reflected comfort and care, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I would definitely choose Nobu again for my next trip to Barcelona. When I arrived to the hotel the room I booked was not ready but the front desk associated said well we could have an upgraded room ready in 10 minutes but it would cost more. I asked if they could get...When I arrived to the hotel the room I booked was not ready but the front desk associated said well we could have an upgraded room ready in 10 minutes but it would cost more. I asked if they could get the one we reserved ready but that was a no. So because we were exhausted and wanted a room we were forced to pay for the upgrade which didn't feel so good. After waiting 30 minute's the room was still not ready. 2 hours went by then the room was finally ready! The 10 minutes was 2 hours! Why did I have to pay for the upgrade in 2 hours they for sure could have cleaned the room I reserved! I felt ripped off and conned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor ever stay here again. It was a con!!Show More
