I stayed for five nights in October 2025. First, the good: really nice bathroom, pretty nice public spaces. Also very quiet: I never heard so much as a whisper from the surrounding rooms. The bad: ...I stayed for five nights in October 2025. First, the good: really nice bathroom, pretty nice public spaces. Also very quiet: I never heard so much as a whisper from the surrounding rooms. The bad: -The blackout curtains in my room were stuck because the track was visibly kinked: there was no way to close them the last 2 feet. I asked at the front desk for them to take a look and they (apparently) just yanked them past the kink in the track so for the rest of my stay I could only open the blackout curtain two feet. -I had breakfast in the hotel twice and it was bizarrely slow. I got oatmeal once and an omelet once, both times it took forever to get my food. Not a good start for a workday. For subsequent days I just went outside the hotel, which was pleasant but not efficient. -My coworker ordered an espresso at breakfast and was told "we only have decaf espresso in the restaurant, but you can get yourself an espresso from the coffee shop in the lobby" (about 50 feet away). Ummm...that's just a totally bonkers statement on several counts. -The bar is supposed to be open until 10 pm. Our last night was a Thursday and we had finished up a project so my coworker and I went to the bar for a celebratory drink. We arrived at 9:40 and the bar was closed. On a Thursday night in Soho??? I thought I was in NYC, but I must have gotten lost and wound up in Oklahoma City. (Actually the Hilton bar in OKC is open later than that, or at least, it was on my last trip) This hotel is about a block from my company's NYC office, but I won't stay here again. Honestly, from the reviews, the Best Western across the street is going to be a better experience and costs about 80% less.Show More

We ordered coffee and our food (after another wait) 20 min later still no coffee… my husband finally went to the bar to find out what was going on, because there were 4 staff hanging out behind the bar chatting, and they acted like they didn’t know we ordered coffee (there were only 4 tables with customers and at least 8 staff). Our food came before any coffee, and the coffee we got had grounds in the bottom. 1/2 of our food came out cold. We were never offered coffee refills, nor did anyone come to see how everything was. We finally asked for the manager. He listened patiently and politely and in the end covered our entire bill. On the plus side, it had great ambiance…..Show More
