The rooms are very pretty and surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we stayed in Japan (Kyoto and Osaka). I noticed some reviews saying the rooms felt small, but honestly, we had more space here than in most other hotels we tried. If having lots of space is important, it might be worth traveling with backpacks instead of big suitcases, because even in good, affordable places in Japan, having two open suitcases can make any room feel tight. As for the hotel itself - the staff were super helpful and approachable. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and mostly automatic. The lobby looks great and is well equipped, offering snacks and drinks for guests, including alcohol for a small fee. Housekeeping comes every day, and they change the towels daily. (There isn’t much opportunity for towels to fully dry on their own because of the room size and the air circulation, so this was actually very convenient.) They also have a rooftop with an amazing view of Tokyo and the Skytree - definitely worth checking out. The location is great, too. There are plenty of places nearby within walking distance, including a metro station. We were able to reach every part of Tokyo we wanted to visit without any issues. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and if we ever come back to Tokyo, we’ll absolutely stay here again.Show More

Thank you Bimal. I loved the communal area and complimentary drinks, bread and morning pastries. The team were constantly monitoring to ensure things were restocked and worked well to keep everything clean and in order. The rooms were compact but had everything you needed and the views from the roof terrace were great morning and evening. Lovely shower pressure. It is easily walkable to the sky tower and there are some smaller temples within walking distance. Five minutes walk to metro for train to Haneda airport.Show More
