This hotel is truly the best and is totally unmatched - the accommodations are fantastic and the staff are just incredible. It can be hard to find a hotel that has both, but with Park Terrace you get it all. You can trust that you'll really enjoy your stay here. The hotel is so clean, the rooms are immaculate and soooo clean, and the rooms are a great size, plus have all that you need! They have a bar / coffee bar that is exclusive to guests, 24-hour fitness center, and hydration stations, so you don't have to worry about buying water. Plus the location can't be beat!! But most importantly, the staff are truly incredible! They embody the values of the hospitality industry to the fullest. From the front desk staff to the managers, they really want you to enjoy your stay. I ran into a bit of a situation with my hotel booking when I arrived (it was 100% my fault) and ended up needing to cancel my stay. I had arrived very late at night and was in a bind to find another hotel room for the week at the very last minute. I was so embarrassed by the mistake I made with the booking, plus I was stressed as I was trying to find a hotel with available rooms nearby, but David & Marlyn at the front desk were absolutely amazing. They were so incredibly helpful - I was so grateful for the kindness and the grace they showed me, and their genuine concern so that I didn't end up stranded that night really made me feel at ease. You don't find that at a lot of hotels, especially when you arrive late at night! I was able to book a room for that night with their help, and I was able to get a good night's rest while I figured out my lodgings for the rest of the week. The next day, Marlyn and Miguel were so helpful, and Devin truly went above and beyond - he is an angel sent from the hotel heavens! I am so very grateful for the kind staff at the Park Terrace - they really are the best of the best! You can tell Park Terrace prides itself on the quality of its accommodations as well as on the amazing staff that they hire - it really shows! I will definitely be booking again!Show More

Unlike many hotels we passed along the way, Park Terrace has a loading zone for you to (un)load your vehicle without having to double park - it's an excellent detail in assuring their customers a smooth and safe area to gather their belongings. The hotel itself is very clean, and every staff member we interacted with was lovely. The beds are incredibly comfortable - I never sleep well when away from home and our stay at Park Terrace was the single exception to that expectation. The views from their 6th floor restaurant/bar/terrace are truly remarkable. And checkout was a breeze - no waiting in lines, just hand a member of their team your cards and *voila* done. We also saved a bit of money by parking our car in the garage they recommended. OH and the best part of this hotel... LOCATION. We walked everywhere, it wasn't necessary to take another mode of transportation. Located diagonally to Bryant Park (a must-visit!!), just steps away from great restaurants/bakeries/wine bars etc. Roughly 24 minute walk to Central Park and only 8 minute walk to the Lyric Theatre. There wasn't much of a need to walk any further because everything we wanted was right there. Will definitely be staying at the Park Terrace Hotel again the next time we visit NYC!Show More

First, I want to say that this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on anything. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I usually never sleep well away from home, but this hotel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10- It was beautiful and well located, we enjoyed the holiday market literally steps away at Bryant park. We also enjoyed room service from the attached restaurant, the lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious! Most of all though, we were treated so incredibly well by the staff. Miguel, Arlette, Yovanni and Devin, were amazing. Weather delayed our travel in by a day, and the hotel was accommodating, even during this busy season. When we got there, we were greeted warmly and checked on throughout our stay. We wanted for NOTHING during this trip. They knew it was our anniversary, and even surprised us with a treat we'd mentioned in passing that we wanted to try, when we returned to our room on the first day. I simply can't say enough about the excellent staff. We loved staying here!Show More
