We booked the deluxe/premier king room, and were s...The hotel itself does not come across as a five star hotel and is in major need of refurbishment if they want to compete with the likes of the crown. We booked the deluxe/premier king room, and were super surprised at the dated room, badly designed with very old furniture which was scraped and well used. The bath was also very very dated. I rang to reception and the gentleman on the phone was super helpful and just fabulous. He upgraded up to level 10 and the room was a lot better (although still quite dated and mismatched furniture. The bath is particular looked as though it was painted with unsuitable paint and paint was flaking off it. The shower pressure was horrendous and the balcony door needs replaced. The luxury room feeling was not there it felt cheap. I must say though it was very quiet to sleep and the bed was very comfortable!! The staff were fantastic also and the breakfast delicious.Show More

It was a brilliant stay. Thanks for having me. The only issue to raise was a problem caused by me. I left my car keys in the safe and only realised I had done so when I reached the airport. I quickly ...It was a brilliant stay. Thanks for having me. The only issue to raise was a problem caused by me. I left my car keys in the safe and only realised I had done so when I reached the airport. I quickly telephoned the hotel and was advised that they would put my keys in an express 1 day delivery with Aus post. Because of this advice I jumped onto plan rather than returning to hotel, grabbing the key and catching a later flight. However when I checked the AUS post delivery the next day there was no sign of the parcel meaning it was t going to get sorted until this week. This has meant I have had to leave the car at the airport carpark. This has incurred extra costs and no car former weekend. It was my fault I left the key in the safe but the advice I got was not accurate and this has caused me issues. Thanks for the opportunity to feedback. Regards LudoShow More
