Dostali jsme u checkinu kartičky, které se daly využít v místní restauraci na alko i nealko drinky. Celkem jsme jich měli deset (1 kartička/os./noc), ale bohužel jsme se kvůli nabitému programu nevyužili. Hotel je cca půl hodiny metrem od lower Mannhattan - přímá linka, což bylo super. Hotel se nachází ve čtvrti Little Dominican republic, takže jste spíš všude slyšeli španělštinu a i obchody v okolí tomu odpovídaly, ale jinak to bylo bezpečné místo.Show More

after over a year of attending this hotel my partner and i no longer want to stay here. once again we didn’t get the room we paid for. was told that the room can appear small due to the bed being on t...after over a year of attending this hotel my partner and i no longer want to stay here. once again we didn’t get the room we paid for. was told that the room can appear small due to the bed being on the right side instead of the left. in the screenshots shown verse the pictures of the smaller room you can clearly see the difference of the room dimensions. i even hit my leg against the bed frame due to how small the room is, which wouldn’t have happened in the room we actually paid for. how is it you corrected it by giving us the right room for our pervious visit but deny it now instead of switching to the room we paid for. the bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had difficulty turning on the shower which was not an issue during other stays. still waiting for my security deposit to be returned. would want to get some of our money back from this downgraded room experience. we’ve had good times here but i don’t appreciate getting played in my face. it’s no longer worth the price for us to stay at radio hotel.Show More
