A 35-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, a good 60-minute walk to Trastevere.
Alberto on front desk is very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Rooms are very clean with very comfortable beds. Well serviced and nice fresh towels every day!
Air con works extremely well but is a little noisy. Coming from England, we aren't that used to it, but nevertheless, it was still far superior to most Travel Lodge air con experiences!
Breakfast at 9 am was busy, but they quickly found us a table for 5 and could not be more helpful and friendly.
We booked through Citalia, so I can't say if this hotel is good value for money, but we were extremely pleased with it.
We stayed here three nights. The first night, we got a taxi to Trastevere for dinner. It was about 20 euros but because we were 5 travellers it is always 5 euros more!
Highly recommend going over to Trastevere for dinner at least once. It really is the place to eat in Rome. There are lots of restaurants, and we didn't need a reservation.
We also ate at the Jewish Quarter. This was a very interesting experience and very different.
