Both times, the staff was friendly, the rooms were top tier, and if I ever had a problem, they were quick to make sure it got fixed. The staff at this hotel have treated me like family from day 1. There are not enough words for me to describe how amazing this hotel is. A special shout out goes to my 2 favorite bartenders, Jorge and Daniel. I have spent so many nights chatting, laughing, sharing meals and sharing life with them and I will miss them terribly. If you ever get a chance, stop by the bar, even if you arent staying at the hotel just to have a drink and talk with them. They are amazing bartenders and even better people. Another special shout out goes to my housekeeping staff. I am picky about having people in my space regularly, and worked out a great schedule with them that worked for their requirements and my need for privacy. Thank you, Residence Inn, for being my family on this long trip to New York. This wont be my last trip or my last stay at this fabulous hotel.Show More

She was incredibly helpful and guided us through all the hotel features and amenities, which were genuinely impressive. The hotel has something called Destination Fees, and unlike many other places, this one actually made sense. It includes a daily credit to use at the hotel cafeteria, a free boat tour to see the Statue of Liberty for two people, and daily credits to use Citi Bike. We loved these perks — they added real value to our stay. The breakfast buffet was good — not the level of variety you’d find in places like hotels in Turkey, but it definitely served its purpose and was a nice start to the day. The location is excellent: just steps away from Joe’s Pizza, very close to the World Trade Center area, Wall Street, and a subway station. We honestly felt very lucky with our choice. Highly recommended — great service, great location, and an overall fantastic experience.Show More
