The location is excellent—just a short distance from Rome Termini station and only a brief bus ride into the heart of the city, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were both professional and friendly, striking a perfect balance. They were also incredibly helpful, offering advice and thoughtful recommendations for some great local restaurants, which really added a personal touch to the stay. We were located in the main hotel building, and the room was very good. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, and we appreciated having a fridge and a safe. The only small drawback was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom, which would have been helpful when getting ready. The continental breakfast had plenty of variety, and once again, we couldn’t fault the staff—they were consistently excellent. I also really liked the fact that you could bring in your own food and drinks and enjoy them in the little courtyard, which was a lovely, relaxed touch. Unfortunately, I accidentally brought the bottle opener home with me—though that just gives me the perfect excuse to return it on our next visit! We’ll definitely be back next year. The gardens was beautiful and watered daily. The room was lovely and had air conditioning that was amazing in August. The bathroom shower was powerful and the bathroom and room was very clean. Breakfast had a large selection and was very fresh and tasty. The staff mad our stay, they was so helpful and full of knowledge of Rome. They was one gentleman a Sicilian man who works on front desk was extremely polite and very friendly and approachable he went above and beyond for me and my father. He advised on great locations to eat and even was helping use with our pronunciation of our Italian. He was so happy and deserves a medal with me and my fathers map reading. The other staff was also very welcoming and extremely polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here great for travel and local shops, we would definitely visit again.Show More
