The T Cat terminal (airport limousine bus) is just over the road so very convenient when arriving from HND. Having previously joined the hotel loyalty scheme it was particularly beneficial for our early check-in. The rooms are a little small. but this is Tokyo. The room servicing and amenities were beautifully carried out. The executive lounge is a very special place. Sunset views with cocktails and canopies in the evening and a very sophisticated breakfast operation that caters for all. All the staff here are very personable, smiling with a good standard of spoken English. Can't wait to return.Show More

Highly recommended, hustle free. FYI, it’s been the seventh time our family stays there. It’s our first choice when we go to Tokyo since longtime ago. Restaurants are all very good as well. He needs his desk in a more obvious location and needs to be on duty during reg...No one spoke English. The English speaking concierge kept odd hours. I didn't meet him till the evening of my 5th day! He needs his desk in a more obvious location and needs to be on duty during regular hours. He is no longer just catering to businessmen but to tourists who need info on check-in & at the start of the day. The concierge told me after that I should have taken a bus to a station next door from Narita airport & the hotel could have picked me up. I an elderly & handicapped. It would have been useful if that information could have been provided at time of registration. Instead, I had a difficult 3 hours navigating Narita airport & train station with my luggage & a taxi driver who didn't know where the hotel was! The concierge also recommended a dreadful pizza restaurant in walking distance.There were 2 Italian restaurants close by, but he didn't both telling me the name or location of the second better one! I asked for advance for distilled water. There was none available & I couldn't use my sleep machine for the 6 nights. You need better & more pillows. You are catering to Western tourists who like full sized pillows. The best thing about the hotel was the buffet breakfast. But again, I just happen to ask the maitre d' about getting a booked breakfast when I had an early tour & was told I could apply my voucher towards a dinner in the restaurant. No one on check-in told me that & I nearly threw the voucher out! Show More

The airport bus station is across the street, with a pedestrian bridge that connects directly to the hotel. The location, on the eastern edge of the Ginza, makes this a quieter neighborhood with lots of excellent local (tiny) restaurants with prices to match (tiny prices excellent quality).Show More
