If you're into quirky design and Instagram-worthy interiors, you'll probably love it here. Location: The location is a big plus. Just a short walk from Oxford Street and Soho, it’s super convenient for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to the Tube made it simple to get around the city. Room: Our room was spacious for central London standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was a highlight. That said, the open-plan bathroom layout might not be to everyone’s taste — it’s sleek but lacks a bit of privacy. Service: Staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The concierge had great local recommendations, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. One small hiccup: we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our room to be ready, but they offered complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited, which was appreciated. Amenities: We tried the famous Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea, and it was as delightful and creative as we’d hoped – a real treat. The courtyard garden is also a lovely hidden gem for a quiet coffee or cocktail. Didn’t get a chance to try the spa this time, but it looked inviting.Show More
