7.9(1589)9/10 Pleasant four days in large, comfy room where I hope to stay agsin.
Large bed and bath rooms. Cotton sheets and towels. Very, very good mattress. Plenty of desk space for laying out items. Comfortable rolling chair. China cups and metal spoons. Outstandingly professional staff at front desk. Since there was no overhead bedroom lighting, three small desk/table lamps helped.
Excellent lighting in bathroom. Good to have shower water options handled so a person didn’t have to freeze or get scorched by being all the way in the shower when turning on the water. Liked having the bathroom door facing a wall, not facing the bedroom. Rooms very clean. Many outlets.
Little restaurant next door was great!

8/10 Generally nice hotel, rooms need modernising!
Generally overall a nice hotel in a great location. Location is about a 5-10min walk from central station and very close walking distance to Times Square.
Rooms sadly are very dated and dull, very big spacious room but furniture and decor very tired looking. Whole room could have done with a refresh of paint and new furniture.
Beds comfortable. Can be very noisy - I know in general NYC noisy but with windows shut was still very noisy with traffic.
No mini fridge in room.
Roof top bar very cosy and nice. Didn’t eat at the hotel but looked pleasant.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
Hotel would be perfect if rooms were updated and more modern.

I booked hotel through Expedia and paid prior to checking in. At the hotel you pay the resort fees and taxes. I was able to get a room early, although the room had a terrible smell. I immediately went back to the check in desk and asked for a different room and was swiftly given a new room with a view of the river. The room itself is outdated. The furniture scratched, dusty, and a door is hanging on the desk. The bathroom very outdated with a tub and shower curtain. The AC is like the ones in motels, under the window. The bed is clearly missing its bed skirt. No usb charging. There’s an iron and ironing board and also a safe.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable. Supported by travel and leisure needs. Bathroom had hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash (full size). The kitchen was accommodating. The living room space was big.

10/10 Recommend stay in central Manhattan!
The general manager and his team were brilliant and professional! They given us a lot of recommendations to get around and explore NYC. A free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment was offered to us for my birthday treat! As we entered the room, we were welcomed by another bottle of wine with chocolates. What a lovely surprise arranged by the team to ensure us to have the best NYC experience.
Couldn't thank the hospitality team enough!! Would definitely love to come back.
On top of everything, everyone gets to pick a free drink/snack from the bar each day! What's not to love?!

8/10 Amazing Location
The location of this hotel is everything. You can literally walk anywhere from here. I stayed here for 3 days attending CSW at the UN. It is about a 10-15 mins walk to the UN.
The hotel is dated and quite unremarkable but the rooms are big and everything is neat and in check. The hotel does not serve breakfast but there is a restaurant next to the hotel that offers breakfast for $35.
The staff really very cheerful. As a guest you are entitled to 2 free items everyday , either a drink, water and a snack.
I am not sure I would stay here again. Nevertheless, I had a pleasant stay.

10/10 Great comfortable stay in convenient area
Stayed at the hotel in Feb with a friend. The hotel was very easy to walk to from grand central station. Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel reception area is really inviting. We stayed in a 2 bed room, lovely big space compared to new York standards. Room and bathroom very clean. It had everything you would need.
The hotel was a great location for exploring the city nearby attractions and the subway was close by too.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

8/10 Great location but needs temperature control
Since the temperature was in the 50s and 60s there was no air con or heat since the hotel didn’t turn either one on. The room was stuffy and we opened our windows at night but with the high pollen count it made the stay more uncomfortable for those of us with seasonal allergies.
The location was great and it was easy to get to the subway and to other shops or restaurants. The rooftop offers a lovely view of the Empire State Building.

The room was spacious and warm—a big plus given the chilly weather in New York during this time of year. The location was great, with several excellent dining spots nearby, including a cozy restaurant next door serving delicious food! The room was cleaned daily, thanks to the amazing staff who made the stay even more comfortable.

What a lovely surprise ! This place smelled good, the size of the room was a great especially for new York. My favorite part was the roof top bar w the 360 view of the city! Location, location location! It was 2 blocks away from the empire state building and the subway station. We had the best time and the staff was super nice and helpful. I enjoyed this hotel very much!

10/10 Great hotel, great svc at a fair price for NYC.
Upon checking into the hotel, we explained about my surgery in the morning and was upgraded to a very nice room and free water bottles. They made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.

The rooms are good sized for NYC, with great in-room amenities. It is very quiet. The staff is great. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice but a bit pricey.
