La nostra habitació era al pis 22 i tenia una bona vista. El personal va ser amabilíssim i eficient. Vam tenir un petit problema amb la caixa forta que hi ha a l'habitació, vam trucar a la recepció i al cap de menys de deu minuts teníem una persona a la porta que ens ho va solucionar. L'habitació tenia prou espai si pensem en els estàndards dels hotels japonesos. L'esmorzar, de bufet lliure, era molt bo i complet, amb oferta tant d'estil occidental com japonès. També fan la gestió d'enviament de les maletes al pròxim hotel, que per a nosaltres va ser molt pràctic.Show More

I have never seen that in my entire life (I've been to over 400 hotels around the World, in over 40 years) - I stayed there 5 days/nights, spent a lot of extra money at FUGA restaurant. Incredible...I told them I would never think of staying there ever again (besides all the prostitutes making offers right across from the front entrance) - And what happened to Shinjuku ? So trashy now... A shame.Show More

The hotel is a five/ ten minute walk through the station if you know the way (but Shinjuku train station itself was overwhelming and a brutal introduction for first time visitors to Japan). Staff were polite, professional and helpful. We booked superior, large rooms which were just big enough. View was amazing from higher floor. Loved the in room coffee machine, milk from a 2 minute away 7/11. Didn't need breakfast.Show More
