Letto comodo, bagno pulito. Ampia sala comune al piano terra (foto) dove caffè caldo e acqua calda + bustine di te sono a disposizione degli ospiti (tutto incluso). C'è anche un fornetto per riscaldarsi le vivande. Tutto molto pulito. Noi abbiamo fatto colazione e cena, portandoci take away. La mattina c'è anche la possibilità di prepararsi il caffè in stanza appena svegliati, c'è tutto l'occorrente. Inoltre, alla reception c'è sempre a disposizione, compresa nel prezzo, l'acqua in bottigliette da mezzo litro, comodissime per le passeggiate in città o per la notte. Abbiamo anche visto la palestra nel seminterrato ma, dopo le giornate su e giù per NYC a piedi, non abbiamo avuto voglia di provare. Altro punto a favore è la posizione geografica: ad un minuto a piedi dalle fermate della metropolitana di Canal street, da cui si può andare a nord, a sud, a Brooklin, in aeroporto (un'ora scarsa per il JFK, linea blu A fino ad Howard Beach + Air Train JFK). A piedi in 20 minuti scarsi si arriva al WTC. Chinatown e Little Italy a 10 minuti. Infine, una notazione sul Personale: discreto, numeroso, sempre gentile, con un'attenzione maniacale alla pulizia ed all'ordine della sala comune.Show More

A lot of free Saturday/Sunday street parking across the street and nearby. An inexpensive outdoors lot around the corner. Our room was high up and had a decent view of the Brookly Bridge and some skyline in one direction (office building in the other direction).Show More

O hotel contava com café, chá e chocolate quente à vontade na sala de convivência, assim como garrafas de água mineral na recepção. Equipe do hotel sempre muito cordial! Mesmo o check-in sendo as 15h e o check-out as 11h, pudemos deixar nossas malas no hotel para que pudéssemos aproveitar a cidade após a chegada e antes da partida. Voltaria sempre e recomendo a estadia. Outro ponto foi a limpeza do quarto, que foi realizada diariamente assim como toca de toalhas, isso definitivamente é um ponto a mais!Show More
