Our room was massive, we had a jacuzzi tub, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast in bed was such a nice touch. It’s so close to Clifton Hills, less than a 10 minute walk to the Falls. We’d definitely stay here again! We did have some minor suggestions, not enough to dock a point but worth considering: 1) No microwaves … there’s a sink and fridge but it’d be helpful to have somewhere to warm up food. 2) There are two televisions but you can’t stream/cast on either of them. Upscale hotels such as this one offer it as a service and it makes sense to adopt it as that’s where the future is headed anyway. We wanted to unwind with a movie but didn’t bring a laptop/hdmi. 3) The throw pillows could be updated, they’re pilling and look old, and do a disservice to the nice bed. Nicely prepared. The duck in particular was a lean cut. There was a bit of a snafu with billing for the massage. Apparently the spa is a separate business from the hotel and will not bill to the room. Disappointed, because I even left my credit card info on file with the spa ahead of time for this reason, but they still asked my wife for immediate payment after the session which she had to go back to the room and pay using her own card. Don’t understand why they didn’t bill the card I left on file. Neither the front desk nor the spa could answer this question. Rooms are excellent. Spacious and clean. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but that’s a personal preference. Show More

This was our 2nd stay at the Sterling. The entrance was under construction, we had to walk around the workers and step over their tools to get into the hotel - it was rather awkward. The room was ...This was our 2nd stay at the Sterling. The entrance was under construction, we had to walk around the workers and step over their tools to get into the hotel - it was rather awkward. The room was large and had 2 levels. The bed was good. Oddly, the room didn’t have a separate bathroom, the shower opened to the room as was the sink. The toilet had a door. The shower didn’t have a light and was incredibly dark. My spouse shined his light into the shower to check the controls (it’s a steam shower) and we saw clumps of long brown hair on the floor of the shower. The breakfast was included and was lovely, the service was on time and the order accurate. Based on our most recent experience, we’d choose a different hotel, there’s a lot to choose from in Niagara Falls. Show More

Our suite had a step down from the bed area to the bathroom. somebody is going to get hurt at night but it was not me. room was expensive and had no view which we knew but the scratchy sheets and pillow were an issue. wish we had time to try the restaurant as it looked amazing but we did not. Also had to pay to park in their lot which did not make a lot of sense to me, just include it. Best part was breakfast in bed every am, croissants were amazing!!Show More
