I can't comment on the hotel itself because I didn't get to stay there. I showed up at this hotel after another Valamar property in the center of town didn't have the room available that I booked. I showed up at this hotel after another Valamar property in the center of town didn't have the room available that I booked. Hotels.com rebooked me here. When I arrived, the front desk told me they didn't know why hotels.com booked me there as they only had a room for 1 night, not 2. The suggestion was to just see if they could put me somewhere else in the morning. I had them move me to yet a 3rd Valamar property that could accommodate me for both nights. It was a pretty terrible experience and I won't stay at a Valamar property any time soon. Show More
