The hotel is lovely, very clean and comfortable, stayed in room 235, it was a triple room with a view of the side of the hotel.
The room had enough storage space, small bathroom, but about the same as other hotels in Croatia, the main thing is that it was clean.
Stayed on a half board basis, lots of choice at breakfast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, breads, pancakes, eggs, bacon, meats, salad ingredients, various milks accommodating dietary needs. Filter coffee and a coffee machine, as well as herbal and fruit teas, the only negative point was for half of the week there was no English Breakfast Tea.
The evening meals were excellent, pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes, all prepared in front of you, lots of choice, salads and cooked vegetable and a variety of potato dishes. Desserts consisted of various flavours of ice cream, fruit, cheese and small cakes an excellent selection.
Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas were very clean, plenty of sun loungers, nobody reserving them, signage up to stop that. A lovely gym area too with Technogym equipment.
There's plenty of comfortable chairs in the reception/bar area which helps if the weather isn't good as it is somewhere to sit and relax as well as having a drink or waiting prior to departure.
The hotel caters for everyone whether that be individuals, couples or families.
All the hotel staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful, a credit to the hotel, all looked happy to be working there, from the cleaners, to restaurant and bar staff, pool staff. The reception staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, I found Luka on reception to be very helpful, although all the staff were good.
There were several wrestling teams at the hotel when we were there, all very well behaved and respectful of other guests, we only saw them at mealtimes.
The hotel is great for exploring the local area, great for walking, to Porec town, there's a tourist train that operates early morning to late evening and only costs 1.50euro per adult, to go to Porec, we walked there in the daytime but got the tourist train at night.
A lovely weeks holiday in a beautiful place.Show More
