There are elevators that would skip the first 25 floors (except the laundry room floor) so it was convenient during busy hours. Speaking of convenience, there's a Family Mart near the lobby and it's also connected to the Sunshine City Mall - all wonderful options for food and shopping, and you also have an underground way to get to and from Ikebukuro station if it's raining. There's also a dedicated desk in the lobby to transport luggage, and right outside of the hotel is a limousine bus stop to go to Narita or Haneda airport.Show More

All staff were effective with a perfect manner. The room is big enough, lots of space, clean. We travel almost every year in Japan. This hotel is really over our expectations. We also appreciated one staff's help at the family mart (an India boy). He is the only one who asked and offered us spoon and chopsticks after we bought the bento (Check-in day was quite late and we decided to buy some food for the jet lag) since we have been in Tokyo for 3 days. All the staff we met were so nice and impressive! Thank you all of you making our trip so warm and happy! see you next year!Show More
