What did I like? Nothing. The room was cold even though I turned the heat up to 83°. I've never seen such a dirty room, there was old food in the fridge, condoms on the floor, no coffee pkt in the cof...What did I like? Nothing. When we tried to call booking.com we got an AI helper which was a disaster. We walked away from what we paid. Very disappointing.
