Upon first glance the building looks dirty already. We were so tired from 9 hours of travelling we thought okay let’s just give it a shot. We walked inside to the smell of dirty wet dog. our room had blood stains that looked very fresh all over the ground and the beds had stains all over them. pillows were disgusting with hair all over them. It was absolutely horrible. we walked out instantly and informed the staff at the front we would like a refund he said it would be credited back onto my card and it has yet to do that.

7/10 The room was quite acceptable and we were comfortable.
The room size was excellent. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful. Even though the breakfast room was under construction, the hotel provided muffins, juice, fruit in the foyer.

5/10 Actually, lots of accommodation around. Travel Lodge has a brand name and we look up to it.
Reception lady at evening shift is very resourceful and friendly. This is the best part that we like.

Room was clean and comfortable. The value for what you paid was good. Breakfast was basic but convenient. The location was downtown with access to lots of amenities. We were traveling west and found the hotel easy to find and easy to access.

10/10 Great value for money. If you’re not too particular, just need a quick rest, this is perfect!
Breakfast room was under renovation but the hotel made sure to still provide adequate breakfast for the guests. Parking was free. Location was great right in the middle of downtown PG. Staff was very accommodating. There was an iron in the room.

Excellent value. Room was good. Breakfast a bit sparse and finished early but overall this was far better than we thought it would be. Good parking for the motorcycle too as we had advised in advance that we needed a safe place.
