I was given a room where the toilet wasn’t working the day of my check out around 7am I went to the lobby to buy something to eat with my husband we came back upstairs and the the key wasn’t working w...I was given a room where the toilet wasn’t working the day of my check out around 7am I went to the lobby to buy something to eat with my husband we came back upstairs and the the key wasn’t working went back downstairs they guy said he fixed the key and still nothing went back downstairs for another key I did this transaction of going up and down 4 times the 5th time he went up to try and open the door with his key and it still didn’t work at this point I’m very upset me and my husband are seating in the floor outside the room something we paid for, before checking in I called and asked if I could use my father credit card and they told me yes the only thing I had to use was my card for the deposit since my father wasn’t going to be there I said no problem we can do that I get to the hotel and they ask me for my id I give it to them and then they ask me for my dads card I explain to them and some man says we can’t use his card if he is not here I explain to him well this is what I was told from the begging if not I would’ve not completed the transaction with his card and I would’ve use my card and I told him why take his information and charge his card if you guys c Won’t accept it what if I didn’t have money on my card and his answer as the manager or owner that he is was then we don’t give you a room simple as that I start laughing they tell me they are going to start the refund on his card i give him my card they charge me I call my dad the next day and he tells me he hasn’t issue no refund and they also charge me for the deposit with o His card I check my account and they also did the warning thing they charged me for the night and the deposit he said it was going to take 1-2 days for the money to be back on the account I checked out Sunday it’s now Thrusday and nothing this has been the worse experience in my life I do not recommend this hotel to anyoneShow More

I took clear photos and videos, immediately went to the front desk around 11:30 PM, and was told there was “no management in the building” at that hour, so no one could authorize a refund or cancellation. The best they could do was hand me a piece of paper with the general manager and owner’s contact info which, of course, turned out to be useless, since neither has responded to a single email. I left that night, booked another hotel down the street at my own expense, and have now spent days trying to reach anyone in management while they completely ignore me. It’s beyond unacceptable. For a hotel under the Wyndham name, you’d think they’d take a health and sanitation issue seriously, but apparently customer safety isn’t a priority here. If you value your sleep, your belongings, or literally your skin, do not stay here. This place is filthy, disorganized, and run by people who disappear the second there’s an actual problem to solve. I travel for work constantly and have never experienced something this disgusting or unprofessional.Show More

The only thing good about this hotel is that the location was decent. I was not given what I was told upon booking. Their queen size beds are in fact only full-size beds. Their queen size beds are in fact only full-size beds. I had a deluxe room and I was supposed to have a little fold out in the corner instead we had a stool. Our window had a huge crack in it with a cardboard box taped over it. So the entire room was drafty. The bedding was disgusting stained, and had rips in it. When we called down to ask for more bedding, we only receive two pillows instead of five and a ready old blanket instead of a new comforter. When we call down to ask for a little fold out is that went in the corner they told us they didn’t have one. We only had a stool. I also asked if we could get a cop brought up to the room and I was told they don’t have cops. When in fact, I saw a cop outside the door of another room the entire time we were there. I also have a picture of that. The staff was not rude or anything like that, but basically there was nothing they could do to resolve our problems.Show More
